Eligibility for Returns


- Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized items, items on sale, holiday collections, and custom framed art are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Custom Art and Framed Pieces:
- Custom framed art and canvases (both framed and unframed) are eligible for returns or refund requests within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to process return or refund requests for these items.

- Unframed Prints and Other Products:
- For all other eligible products, including unframed prints, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this 30-day period, you may return the item for 25% of the original purchase value in store credit for up to 100 days after delivery.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Return Process


1. Initiating a Return:
- To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the applicable return window (7 or 30 days depending on the item).
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.

2. Inspection:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the item does not meet these criteria, the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to the sender.

3. Refunds:
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 1-7 business days after receiving the returned item.


Store Credit Option


- If your item is eligible for a 30-day return but you miss the return window, you can still return it within 100 days of delivery to receive 25% of the purchase price back in store credit.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Once the item is received and approved, we will email you a SheWalkinFaith gift card totaling 25% of the item’s purchase value.

Exceptions


The following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds or store credit:

- Items on sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products and services
- Holiday collection items
